Ingredients

Sauerkraut Vermicelli Soup

1. Sweet potato vermicelli soak in advance

2. Sour radish slices

3. Sliced sauerkraut

4. Add rapeseed oil to the pot and stir-fry with Pixian bean paste on low heat to produce red oil

5. Add sauerkraut, sauerkraut and pickled peppers and stir fry for 1 minute

6. Add appropriate amount of water and boil for 2 minutes

7. Add the sweet potato vermicelli and cook for about 5 minutes

Tips:

Pixian Doubanjiang has a strong salty taste, so there is no need to add salt
