It’s the May Day holiday. You can make your own meals at home. Fans are my favorite food. Let’s take a look."

Sauerkraut Vermicelli Soup

1. I used 2 groups for 3 people to eat, and soak them in cold water for a while when preparing the ingredients

2. I only used 2 sauerkraut leaves, a few pickled cabbage, cut the pickled cabbage into small sections, and just cut the pickled cabbage into pieces. It tastes good and the sauerkraut is better in taste.

3. According to my habit, I used 2 cloves of garlic and one section of ginger.

4. The meat is just an ingredient, so I just used a little bit, cut into small pieces, and then use wet starch and a small amount of salt to make it evenly

5. Pour a small amount of oil in the pot, sauté sauerkraut, garlic and ginger until fragrant

6. Put the sauerkraut aside and fry the meat with a little oil or not. Don't cook the meat before adding the vermicelli

7. Pour water into the pot and put the vermicelli after boiling. Add some seasoning salt and chicken essence when the water boils again after adding the vermicelli,

8. Wait another minute or so before it can be out of the pot, you can sprinkle some green onion, because the family forgot to buy, this step is omitted.

Tips:

1. Be careful not to put too much salt, because sauerkraut has a salty taste.
