Sauerkraut White Meat

Wash the sauerkraut and soak it in warm water.

Wash the vermicelli and soak with water.
3.
Add starch to the pork belly and make it evenly (there is no pat when adding starch, so you can replenish your brain by yourself, you can only use lean pork if you don’t buy the pork belly)
4.
Cut ginger into thin strips.
5.
Squeeze the sauerkraut and cut into thin strips.
6.
Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork and stir-fry the raw soy sauce.
8.
Add dried chili and stir fry a few times.
9.
Add the sauerkraut and fry for one minute.
10.
Add water to the pot and slurp for a minute.
11.
Add the soaked fine powder and continue to slurp until the vermicelli is cooked through.
12.
Collect the juice out of the pot.
Tips:
There is a lot of salt in sauerkraut, so there is no need to add salt during the cooking process.
