Saury in Tomato Sauce

The saury is gutted and head, and cut in half. Scratch the fish to taste it.

Marinate the fish for two hours with cooking wine, salt and pepper. Put oil in the pot, put the saury in a small fire and fry until the skin is hard.

After frying the fish, stir-fry the extra ingredients, chili, and Chinese pepper until fragrant.

Stir-fry with tomato sauce, add salt, sugar, and light soy sauce to taste.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and slice garlic.

In another pot, put the green onion and ginger slices on the bottom of the pot, and put the fish slices in the pot.

Pour the sauce on top of the fish, add beer and some water to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer until the fish is overcooked and delicious.

It will be more delicious after cooling. Especially fish soup.
