Saury in Xo Sauce

Choose and look at the fresh and beautiful saury

Go to the intestines and wash

Slice ginger, smash garlic, and cut pepper into sections

Fish with ginger slices, cooking wine, salt and pepper marinate for 15-20 minutes

Add fish and ginger slices

Tips:
