I started with a crepe maker, and suddenly discovered that the previous crepe file was really weak. This crepe maker is really suitable for me who is obsessed with cleanliness. Do you know why? Because this bakeware can be removed and cleaned, it is no problem to rinse it directly with water.

Sausage and Mustard Quiche

1. Put the flour and cornstarch in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water

2. Mix into a non-grain batter

3. I sift it and stand still for fifteen minutes

4. Chop the coriander and green onions

5. Also cut the mustard

6. Dice a part of the sausage and divide the other part into two

7. Prepare the crepe maker, add 2 scoops of batter and spread it out slowly

8. About 2 minutes, beat an egg on the dough

9. Spread the eggs

10. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds to make it more fragrant

11. Turn it over

12. Coated with sweet noodle sauce

13. Put coriander, mustard, sausage

14. Just wrap the above materials freely

Tips:

Note: Pickled mustard is salty and coated with sweet noodle sauce, so you don’t need to add salt in the batter
