Sausage and Taro Egg Fried Rice

Put two egg yolks in the rice and mix well.

Pour more peanut oil in the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 80 degrees, fry the diced taro for 40 seconds until the skin is golden.

Heat oil in a pot, add the diced sausages and wild rice diced to fry them over high heat to create a fragrance. Pour in the rice, pat, and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
