Sausage Baked Rice

Sausage cut into small pieces

Dice carrots and onions

Boil water in a pot, pour in peas, and pick up after about 1 minute

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage diced, onion and carrot diced, stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes

Turn to medium heat, pour in rice and fry until combined
6.
Pour in peas and mix with rice
7.
Pour the fried sausage rice into the baking dish
8.
Sprinkle the right amount of mozzarella on top
9.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes and serve
