Prepare ingredients

Pour Hengda Xing'an Gongmi No.1 into a ceramic pot

Add water to soak the rice, the amount of water is less than Hengda Xing'an Gong rice. Soak the rice for 20 minutes

Change sausage, chives, ginger to knife

After the soaked rice is washed, add appropriate amount of water

Cover the lid and simmer over low heat
