This braised rice is cooked in a casserole as a vessel. The rice used for cooking this time is Gongmi No.1 from Hengda Xing’an. Evergrande Xing’an Gong rice is produced in the Golden Grain and Oil Production Area of Daxing’anling at 46 degrees north latitude. Evergrande Xing'an Gong Rice is soft and glutinous and delicious.

Sausage Braised Rice

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Pour Hengda Xing'an Gongmi No.1 into a ceramic pot

3. Add water to soak the rice, the amount of water is less than Hengda Xing'an Gong rice. Soak the rice for 20 minutes

4. Change sausage, chives, ginger to knife

5. After the soaked rice is washed, add appropriate amount of water

6. Cover the lid and simmer over low heat

7. Stir-fry while simmering rice. Put the onion and ginger in the pot and saute

8. Then add the sausage and stir fry.

9. When the rice is simmered until there is no water, add the fried sausage, cover the lid and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

10. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion to enjoy the food
