3.
Start the cook machine at gear 1, mix it into a dough, add butter, and continue to knead for 5 minutes.
4.
Take the dough out, round it, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
5.

6.
Take a dough, flatten it, and roll it into a beef tongue shape.
7.
Turn the dough over and roll it up from top to bottom, while curling the two sides inward, and then pinch the mouth tightly.
8.
After everything is done, put the dough into 8 mini non-stick hot dog molds.
9.
Put the baking dish in the oven, and put a bowl of hot water at the same time to ferment for 40 minutes. Cut the top of the bread with a razor blade.
10.
Cut the cheese slices into rectangles and place them on the bread. At the same time, cut the cheese slices in the middle and pull them to both sides to form a blank shape in the middle.
11.
Cut a sausage into four pieces.
12.
Place the sausage on the cheese slice and brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.
13.
The surface of the bread can be squeezed with tomato sauce or salad dressing.
14.
Put it in the middle of the oven, heat up to 175 degrees, and bake for 18 minutes at 160 degrees.
Tips:
1. It is hot in summer, so you don't need to use the fermentation function. If the bread is fermented in advance, you don't need to wait for 40 minutes.
2. If the temperature of the oven cannot be controlled separately, you can directly use 170 degrees for baking.
3. The surface decoration is for reference, if there are not so many materials at home, you can omit it.
4. Meal meal powder can reduce the gluten of high flour, if not, use low flour instead.
5. This sausage is a children's sausage, you can also use ordinary sausage instead.
