Sausage Egg Burrito

1. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and beat them up.

2. Add chopped green onion and mix well.

3. Add sieved low powder and mix well.

4. Add an appropriate amount of cold boiling water and stir until there are no flour particles. The batter for the burrito must be slightly thinner to roll, otherwise it will crack easily. The batter is adjusted to a spoon to scoop, and it is easier to drip.

5. Heat a pan on low heat, pour a spoonful of batter, turn the pan, make the batter cover the bottom of the pan.
