Sausage Eight Treasure Rice

Steam the sausage until half-cooked and slice, and dice the bamboo shoots for later use.

Soak glutinous rice and red beans for 1 hour, and steam them in a rice cooker with millet.

Boil the bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms and peas from the husks in boiling water.

When the oil in the pot is 70% hot, add green beans and diced bamboo shoots and stir fry, then add glutinous rice, salt and stir fry evenly.

Take a bowl, put the shiitake mushrooms upside down, spread the sausage slices around into a circle, and add the fried rice to compact it.

Pour the bowl into the plate and place the cooked shrimps after blanching.
