Sausage and Mushroom Noodles

1. Cook the noodles in cold water for later use.

2. Slice the golden sausage and dice the shiitake mushrooms.

3. Mixing sauces: oil consumption, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, water and stir evenly.

4. Stir minced garlic in a pot with hot oil, then add mushrooms, sausages, and the prepared sauce, and fry until cooked.

5. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion and stir well.
