For those who like to eat sausages, a fried rice with sausages is just right! Simple and delicious.

Sausage Fried Rice

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Put the green peas and corn kernels in a pot of boiling water and scald them to remove and drain

3. The sausages can be steamed in a steamer or directly in the microwave oven. You can take it out and cut into small pieces within one minute (be careful of hot hands)

4. Beat the eggs with a little water and fry them in a pan

5. Add rice to stir fry (you can add a little bit of oil on the rice, it will be easy to fry, and the rice will not stick)

6. Add in sausages and green beans and corn kernels and continue to stir fry

7. Add oyster sauce and stir fry

8. Stir-fry evenly and enjoy it out of the pot

Tips:

1: Fried rice is best to use overnight rice, it is not easy to stick when fried, but it is delicious.
2: If you like the aroma of sauce, you can add a little barbecue sauce!
