Sausage Fried Snow Red

Snow red wash

Boil a pot of boiling water, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of salt, and soak for about 24 hours

Tear the soaked snow red, wash, chop, squeeze the water and set aside

Wash the sausages with hot water, put them in a pot and cook for two minutes, then dice and set aside. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections, wash the red pepper and cut into sections

Pour the oil in the hot pan, add the sausage and stir fragrant

Pour the snow red and stir fry for a few minutes

Sprinkle salt and stir fry evenly

Put the garlic leaves and stir fry until they are broken
Tips:
It won’t be broken if it is soaked in the snow for a few days in winter. If you don’t finish eating it after two days, you can change the water to continue soaking or keep it in the refrigerator.
