Pizza is my son’s favorite bite. I have never been to "Pizza Hut" since I learned it. I have tried various forms. I happened to have a friend who came back from abroad and introduced this simple, nutritious and delicious pizza. It's so delicious, now I recommend it to everyone to share! "

Sausage Green Bean Slipper Pizza

1. All the ingredients for the crust are mixed together and kneaded into a smooth dough;

2. Add green beans and knead well, cover with plastic wrap;

3. Fermented to double the size;

4. Prepare fillings during fermentation;

5. Take out the fermented dough and divide it into four equal parts, round it and relax for 10 minutes;

6. Roll it out into a tongue shape, and put it in a baking tray to allow for about 15 minutes;

7. Brush with tomato sauce;

8. Spread mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese powder;

9. Spread the sausage and small tomatoes (I cut the small tomatoes in half);

10. Sprinkle a little vanilla at the end;

11. Put it in the middle layer of a preheated 220 degree oven and heat it up and down for about 18 minutes;

Tips:

Green beans are a packaged product that I bought in Metro. If I can find fresh ones, it would be better to add cheese powder and shredded vanilla to have a different taste. In addition, the temperature of the oven is not absolute, adjust it according to your own oven temperature.
