Sausage Green Bean Slipper Pizza

All the ingredients for the crust are mixed together and kneaded into a smooth dough;

Add green beans and knead well, cover with plastic wrap;

Fermented to double the size;

Prepare fillings during fermentation;

Take out the fermented dough and divide it into four equal parts, round it and relax for 10 minutes;

Roll it out into a tongue shape, and put it in a baking tray to allow for about 15 minutes;

Brush with tomato sauce;

Spread mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese powder;

Spread the sausage and small tomatoes (I cut the small tomatoes in half);

Sprinkle a little vanilla at the end;

Put it in the middle layer of a preheated 220 degree oven and heat it up and down for about 18 minutes;

Tips:
Green beans are a packaged product that I bought in Metro. If I can find fresh ones, it would be better to add cheese powder and shredded vanilla to have a different taste. In addition, the temperature of the oven is not absolute, adjust it according to your own oven temperature.
