Sausage Mashed Potato Salad for Christmas Party
1.
For Jenny Jane's original sausage, put a little oil in the pan and fry the sausages over low heat. It was so delicious, the kids ate 3 sticks immediately.
2.
The potatoes are steamed and peeled.
3.
Rolled into mud.
4.
Add yuzu soy sauce and pepper.
5.
Add the lime-flavored salad sauce to taste and stir well.
6.
1 fried sausage, chopped up, mix well.
7.
Add the right amount of cooked green beans and corn kernels to increase the graininess of the mashed potatoes and make them taste richer.
8.
Broccoli is cooked well, quail eggs are cooked, cherry tomatoes and carrots are washed. Start making snowman and Santa Claus.
9.
Cut off both quail eggs and slice the sausage into thin slices.
10.
Wear a toothpick to fix it.
11.
Decorate the surface with black sesame seeds as eyes and carrots as mouths. The snowman is ready, and I forgot to add a scarf.
12.
Use mashed potatoes to shape the outline of Santa Claus, one pointy, to wear a hat.
13.
The virgin peel made a hat, and the white of the quail egg made the side of the hat. Cut half a slice of sausage to make a big nose.
14.
Put black sesame seeds and carrot slices on it to make Santa's facial features. It is recommended to use tools to make it more vivid.
15.
Cut another sausage into three sections, not the middle part.
16.
Fix it with a toothpick to make a Christmas sock, still decorate the edge with egg whites.
17.
Find a flat plate and use broccoli and mashed potatoes to create a snowy Christmas tree.
18.
Put on a snowman, Santa Claus and sausage socks.
19.
Put some mashed potatoes in the lower part, and then put broccoli, which is the grass.
20.
Start playing happily.
Christmas is almost here, and Santa Claus has already brought the little snowman and put all his gifts into the socks.
