Sausage Quinoa Salad

Wash and soak the quinoa overnight, add cold water to the pot, and cook.

Remove the quinoa and drain the water.

Prepare other ingredients. Wash tomatoes and slice them; slice sausages, carrots, and eggs until cooked and set aside.

Put the corn kernels, green beans, and carrot slices into the water to boil, remove and drain the water.

Put the sausages in the pan and fry them for later use.

Wash the lettuce, soak it in salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse, and shake off the water.
7.
Tear the lettuce into pieces.
8.
Put all the ingredients on the plate and drizzle with proper amount of Italian salad dressing.

It is best to choose salad juice with low calories.
