Clams are very good ingredients for calcium and zinc supplements. I often buy some at home and burn them for my daughter. The little girl also likes to eat them. Fried in a pot can be dried.

Sauteed Clams

1. Soak the bought clams in light salt water for three hours and spit sand

2. Then scrub the clams with a toothbrush

3. Put water in the pot, add cooking wine and ginger to boil

4. Put in clams

5. Then pick out the cooked clams one by one

6. After all the clams are taken out, rinse again, and the sand will be cleaned thoroughly.

7. Cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar are mixed into a bowl of juice

8. Ginger garlic, green pepper, onion shredded

9. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic

10. Add green pepper and onion shreds and stir fry to create a flavor

11. Put in the adjusted bowl of juice

12. Boil until boiling

13. Put in clams

14. Stir and evenly collect the juice

Tips:

Don't collect the soup too dry, leaving some soup at the end will be very delicious.
