Sauteed Minced Pork Cauliflower

Add sweet noodle sauce and cooking wine to the minced meat and stir well

Soak the cauliflower in salt water for ten minutes, boil a pot of water, add some salt and oil, and pour the cauliflower into the blanching water for 2 minutes. When the cauliflower changes color, immediately remove the cold water. Control dry water again.

Tips:
Blanching cauliflower not only adds flavor, but also removes pesticide residues. The time should not be too long, and the color can be fished out. Everyone has different tastes, so please increase or decrease the seasoning according to your usual taste.
