Sauteed Pork Liver

Rinse the liver with blood and cut into slices. Add a small amount of white vinegar and dilute with water. Scratch and wash for 10 minutes to remove blood stains.

Pour in milk, continue to wash the liver, the taste will be smoother, marinate for half an hour.

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, water starch to make the liver taste deep, and marinate for half an hour.

Put oil in the pot, add pork liver and sauté until fragrant, slightly cooked, then add onion and stir fry, remove.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the sweet noodle sauce, sugar, and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add onions and liver, turn off the heat and remove.
