Sauteed Sea Hare

1. The frozen sea hare thaws.

2. Remove the cartilage and wash.

3. Pot of cold water.

4. After the water is boiled, rinse the floating powder for later use.

5. Heat the oil in the pan.

6. Heat all the ingredients in the oil, stir-fry on high heat, add bean paste and chicken essence, stir-fry the green onion and ginger until soft.

7. Plate.
