Sauteed Shredded Squid

After washing the squid, use a knife to scrape off the surface film and cut into thin strips

Put the shredded squid in a bowl, then add yellow sauce, garlic chili sauce, hoisin sauce, shredded ginger, cooking wine and salt

Stir and marinate for more than an hour
