Sauteed Snails

Wash 6 fragrant snails.

Ingredients preparation: Lee Kum Kee garlic chili sauce, shredded ginger, sliced green onion, and finely chopped coriander.

Boil water in a pot, add snails and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the boiled snails, take out the snail meat, and wash off the remaining sand on the snail meat again.

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add snail meat and stir fry.

Add a tablespoon of garlic chili paste.

Stir-fry evenly, add a spoonful of soy sauce and a small amount of water, and cook for a delicious taste.

Finally, add the shallots and coriander and stir-fry evenly.
