Sauteed Squid with Chives

Boil the water in the pot, add the shredded squid when the water is boiled, remove the squid when it is slightly rolled and let it cool;

Tips:
1. Blanch the squid in advance, pay attention to the blanching time not to be too long, the squid can be taken out and drained when the squid rolls slightly;
2. Seafood must be paired with ginger to remove the chill, so stir fry the ginger;
3. Stir-fry the squid faster. After the ginger is fragrant, add the shredded squid, immediately add the hoisin sauce and stir evenly, add the chives, and the chives can be seasoned with salt after they are fry and change color. Add red pepper and stir fry for garnish.
