Sauteed Tofu

Wash the dried shrimps and soak until softened; cut the tofu into cubes; wash the tempeh, drain the water and press it into a sauce with a spoon.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add the minced garlic, saute the dried shrimp and tempeh.

Add tofu, water, salt, chicken powder, rock sugar, cover the pot and simmer until the juice is thick
