Savoury Homemade Shredded Scallion Pancakes

Flour and water are reconciled in proportion, wrapped in plastic wrap, and awake in the refrigerator for half an hour. (Packed in this way, it can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for two days without any problem.)

In a small bowl, mix the chopped green onions with salt and pepper and salad oil.

Roll the awake flour into strips, cut a small piece and set aside, roll the small pieces of dough into a pancake shape, use a spoon or brush to spread the chopped green onions and oil evenly as shown in the picture above.

Starting from the bottom, roll up to form intestine powder, and roll the intestine powder into a ball as shown in the figure. Use a rolling pin to continue rolling into a pancake shape as shown below.

Turn the pan on a low heat, grease it with oil, and fry the rolled scallion pancakes. Turn it over after it's golden ✌️

Remember to make a small fire, otherwise it’s like me, the green onions will burn first
