Materials are ready

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat evenly

Add whipped cream in portions and whip

Beat till sent

Sift into the low powder, cut and mix evenly

Add chopped shallots, chop and mix evenly

Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it on the baking tray

190 degrees, up and down, about 20 minutes
Tips:
1. Dried green onions can be bought ready-made. If not, you can use fresh green onions and chopped green onions directly, or use the oven to bake and dehydrate;
2. If you don't like the heavy scallion oil, you can reduce the amount of dried onions;
3. Do not use too small a mouthpiece, otherwise the chopped green onion will easily block the exit;
4. If there is no light cream, you can use the same amount of milk or eggs instead.
