Scallion and Mushroom Minced Meat

Ingredients: 25 grams of dried mushrooms, 120 grams of minced meat, 30 grams of green onions, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 small clove of garlic, 30 grams of edible oil, 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of soy sauce, 3 grams of chicken powder, and a little pepper.
