Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Prepare the required materials

Wash the mushrooms with clean water in advance, and then soak them in clean water to soften them. (Reserve mushroom water)

Chop chicken into small pieces and drain, cut garlic into sections, cut ginger into slices, pick up mushrooms, rinse and squeeze dry.

Tips:
The water used to soak the mushrooms can be reserved and boiled in the chicken, or it can be replaced with a stock.
