Scallion Beef Balls

1. Cut and chop the seasoning onion, garlic, celery, cucumber

2. Separately in a bowl, then beat in the eggs

3. Pour ground beef and seasoning in a bowl and stir well

4. Knead the ground beef into shape

5. Fry in a hot oil pan until golden brown.

6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and cook for 1 minute.

7. Put the bamboo sticks in, and it’s great to eat as a snack for afternoon tea~
