Scallion Black Bean Sprouts

Peel and cut garlic, chopped green onion and set aside.

Wash the black bean sprouts and drain the water for later use.

Simmer in the oil pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, pour in chopped green onion, garlic and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the black bean sprouts and stir-fry for a few minutes on high heat.
5.
Add a spoonful of salt and stir fry for a while
6.
Add a little soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
8.
In the platter.
