Homemade baguettes can’t be eaten at one time, and they will harden after they are placed. Slice them and spread them with your favorite seasonings to make toasted bread with crispy texture and favorite taste. Make breakfast and serve with milk. Or soup, it's so delicious.

Ingredients

Scallion Bread Slices

1. Prepare olive oil, honey and chopped shallots (this is the chopped shallots from a friend, or you can chop up fresh shallots yourself);

2. Cut the baguette into slices (choose the thickness according to personal preference);

3. Pour olive oil into honey;

4. Add an appropriate amount of chopped green onions;

5. Stir evenly into the seasoning to be spread on the bread slices;

6. Place the bread slices on the baking tray and apply the prepared seasoning;

7. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes;

8. After taking it out, turn over the bread slices, and smear them with the sauce, then put them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes

9. Golden yellow surface can be baked;

10. The green onions are tempting and crispy.

Tips:

The baking time is adjusted according to the thickness and hardness of the slices of bread. Observe the color on the surface when baking.
