Scallion Broad Beans

Peel off the shells of fresh broad beans and rinse them for later use

After the wok is heated, put the oil, add the broad beans and stir fry quickly
3.
Add a teaspoon of salt and sugar to taste
4.
Add a small bowl of water and starch to thicken
5.
Cook on high heat until the broad beans are cooked through
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well
