Scallion Cheese Salad Bread

Put all the bread ingredients except the butter into the bread machine and knead the dough. When the dough becomes a ball, add butter and continue kneading to pull out the film.

Ferment in a warm place to double the size

Take out the dough and vent, divide it into small doughs of even size

Fill the dough with any fillings, add whatever you like to eat

All the dough is wrapped and put in the baking tray for secondary fermentation

Take it out when fermented to double size, brush with egg mixture, sprinkle with shredded cheese, squeeze with salad dressing, tomato sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
