Scallion Chicken

Prepare the main material. 8 dried shallots and half a chicken.

Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil. Wash the chicken and put it on a plate. Cover the pot tightly and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Peel the shallots and flatten them with a knife.

After 15 minutes, remove the chicken and chop it into small pieces.

Serve neatly on the plate.

Pour out the steamed chicken water and put it on the pot again, add a proper amount of oil and sauté the dried shallots.

Add about 60ml of steamed fish soy sauce and bring to a boil. (The amount of steamed fish soy sauce is arbitrary)
8.
Pour the scallion oil sauce evenly on the surface of the chicken nuggets to finish.

Finished product.
