Scallion Chicken Wings
1.

2.
Cut green onions into sections.
3.
Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings.
4.
Fry until golden on both sides.
5.
Pour in half of the green onion to make the scallion oil.
6.
Pick out the scallions again.
7.
Season with soy sauce and dark soy sauce with oyster sauce.
8.
Add white sugar for freshness.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of cold white, open the lid and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
10.
When the soup is dry, add the other half of the green onion and stir fry a few times.
11.
Eat it out of the pan.
Tips:
When refining scallion oil, it's okay if the scallions are slightly pasted on a low heat; the light soy sauce in oyster sauce has a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt; pay attention to the amount of cold white boiled, not too much, just cover the chicken wings a little bit.
