Usually I always eat sweet cookies, my child will get tired, but occasionally I change the taste, the taste is very amazing, full of green onions.

Scallion Cookies

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Add softened butter with self-grinding powdered sugar and beat until light and white

3. Then sift in low flour, corn oil, chives and salt

4. Stir evenly without dry powder

5. Put in a piping bag

6. Squeeze out the pattern you like (this plate is too ugly)

7. Preheat the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes in advance, and the surface will be slightly browned

8. The finished green onions are full of fragrance

Tips:

When the weather is cold, the softened butter will harden and affect the squeezing. You can use a hair dryer to gently heat it for easier operation
