Cookies don’t have to be sweet. Try this scallion and salty cookie. It’s easy to make, crispy and delicious, and you won’t get tired of eating it!

Scallion Cookies

1. All materials are ready

2. Add powdered sugar and salt, and beat at medium speed until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger.

3. After the butter has softened, beat it slowly with an electric whisk.

4. Add corn oil and beat evenly at medium speed. Add water and beat at medium speed until creamy.

5. Add chives.

6. Beat evenly at medium speed.
