Corn flour

Add boiling water and mix thoroughly and let cool. The boiling water can soften the taste of cornmeal.

Add eggs, a pinch of salt and some water

Adjust into a delicate batter, sealed and fermented twice as large

Add chopped green onion, mix well and exhaust
