Scallion Dried Shrimp

Soak the dried shrimp for a while, then put it in a pot and stir-fry to dry.

Add oil, ginger, garlic and stir fry for one minute, then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine and stir fry.

Stir-fry the water and add green onions and stir-fry for a few times.
4.
Pour out edible!
