Scallion Egg Pancake

Chop the green onions.

Stir the flour and water to make a non-smoothing batter, and add an egg.

Add an egg and stir well.

Add chopped green onion and stir well.
5.
Put the egg mixture into the electric baking pan.

Squeeze it with a wooden spatula to see if there is any egg liquid on it that has not solidified.

Then turn it over.

When it's cooked, use a wooden spatula to scoop out the cut pieces and load them on a plate.
Tips:
This cake is best eaten while it is hot, it won't taste good when it is cold.
