Scallion Ham and Potato Wedges

Wash potatoes with dirt on the epidermis, wipe off the moisture on the epidermis with kitchen paper, and cut into 12 pieces with the skin (the small 8 pieces are enough)

Cut the onion and chili into finely divided pieces, cut the chives into chopped green onions, and cut the ham into granulated pieces

Put a proper amount of oil on the pot on the fire, when it is 70% hot, add the potatoes and fry it

Fry until the potatoes are golden brown on both sides until cooked

Remove and drain the oil
