Scallion Noodles

Wash the shallots and dry the water, ginger slices, pepper, fire onion, star anise

Put oil in the pot, add star anise and pepper to fry until fragrant, remove the pepper

Cut shallots into sections

Put the shallots, ginger, and fire shallots in the oil, and boil them on low heat

Mix two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, and one spoon of sugar into a sauce
