Scallion Noodles

Prepare the pepper and green onion into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the green onions and pepper, stir the green onions into golden brown on a low heat, and turn off the heat. Scoop out the green onions and peppercorns and the rest is the scallion oil

Bring water to a boil in a boiling pot, add alkaline noodles and cook. Then remove it and put it in a basin.

Pour the scallion oil into the noodles, and add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, a little salt, a little sesame oil, and the chili oil by yourself, and stir well.

Serve it on the plate, it tastes really good! It would be better to put some small green onions, but unfortunately, they are not sold in the market near my side in winter.
Tips:
You can make more scallion oil and put it in a jar, and take it as you eat.
