Scallion Noodles

Boil noodles (you can use different noodles according to your preference. I usually use udon noodles for mixed noodles)

Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes, and when they are done, pick them up and set aside for later use.

Fry an egg (this one is purely to add a meal to yourself)

Hot oil pan, sauté the chopped green onion
5.
Pour two spoons of soy sauce when the chopped green onion turns yellow

Pour the noodles in and stir

After stirring well, it can be out of the pot

The scallion noodles are very fragrant. If it feels monotonous, you can mix it with eggs or other ingredients. In addition to fried eggs, I also paired a few chicken nuggets (bought from the supermarket and can be eaten directly in the microwave for one minute)
