Scallion Noodles

Shred the green onions, put a little more peanut oil in the pan, and stir-fry the green onions.

When you stir fry the shredded green onions, start a separate pot and cook the noodles.

Let the cooked noodles cool and boil.

Stir-fry the green onion until browned, and the scallion oil will be obtained.

Drain the noodles, add salt, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce.

Top with browned scallions and chopped peppers. Just stir evenly.
Tips:
1. You can use a little more oil when sautéing the shredded green onions, and it will be convenient to use next time.
2. After the noodles are cooked, let them cool and boil to prevent sticking together.
