Scallion Noodles

It’s almost a handful of soba noodles, about 300 grams, boiled under the water after boiling

During the cooking process, wash the shallots and cut into sections

Tips:
1. When frying the shallots and minced garlic, be sure to fry them slowly with a low fire, the fire will be dark when the fire is high;
2. Control the amount of oil, one tablespoon is enough.
