Scallion Noodles

The simple version of scallion noodles is very simple:
1. Prepare cold boiled water;

2. Prepare the chopped green onion while cooking the noodles;

Tips:
1. The dried noodles should pass water quickly to reduce the water absorption;
2. If you choose dried noodles, it will be mild at best after the water is over, and it should not be too hot or it will become a mound;
3. Don't put too much sugar, mainly to improve the taste
