Scallion Oil and Bean Dregs Shredded Biscuits
1.
Wrap the okara with gauze to squeeze out the water. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, put the bean dregs squeezed in water and fry until dry and soft.
2.
Pour the flour into the basin, pour the warm water into the flour (soy milk can also be used, my family uses the water after drinking), stir into large snowflake flakes and form a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and wake up for 30 minutes.
3.
I bought white onions (purple ones are good, I haven’t sold them here these days, so I can only use white ones, half of them is fine, I used one a little too much)
4.
Cut the onion into small pieces and the chives into small pieces. Put oil in the pan, add onions and saute until fragrant, then add chives, and sauté slowly over low heat.
5.
Then remove all the green onions, add them to the fried bean dregs while the oil is hot, then add sesame salt and salt and pepper, and mix well.
6.
Divide the dough into the necessary ingredients, roll it out with a rolling pin, and make it as thin as possible (I made it square), pour the scallion oil in the middle, and take the side surface to stick the middle oil and homogenize.
7.
Add chopped green onion
8.
Roll up and cut in the middle, and cut the noodles together,
9.
Cut the side up and roll the two portions together into a round dough
10.
Roll out gently with a rolling pin, don’t use too much force
11.
Put it in the electric pan, it will be ready in a few minutes
12.
Tear it with chopsticks, it's easy to tear
13.
Eat it while it's hot.
